Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced LeanData Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with deep expertise in LeanData to support enterprise lead management, routing, matching, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and optimizing LeanData, gathering business requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions. Candidates with LeanData Fundamentals and/or LeanData Advanced Certification are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable LeanData solutions. Configure and optimize LeanData routing, matching, lead-to-account matching, and workflow automation. Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and business stakeholders to improve lead management processes. Design and implement LeanData routing rules, assignments, and governance models. Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to integrate LeanData with Salesforce CRM. Troubleshoot routing, matching, and automation issues while performing root cause analysis. Document business requirements, solution designs, process flows, and technical specifications. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support production deployments. Ensure data quality, consistency, and adherence to business processes. Provide production support, enhancements, and continuous process improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst (BSA) experience. Strong hands-on experience with LeanData . Experience working with Salesforce CRM . Strong understanding of lead routing, account matching, territory management, and sales operations. Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional specifications. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience supporting Agile project environments.
