In this role, you will manage complex operational workflows—spanning high-fire and non-high-fire area inspections, annual grid patrols, infrared scanning, and intrusive pole evaluations—while developing robust data management tools and reporting frameworks. This is a high-impact analytical and operational role for a professional who bridges programmatic project management with advanced technical data analysis. You will oversee contractor deliverables, manage financial planning, drive exception processing and access mitigation, and partner with cross-functional SMEs to resolve data discrepancies and optimize inspection workflows across enterprise systems. If you possess a strong background in utility operations data and quantitative business analysis, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Program Management, Scoping & Planning

Manage financial planning, budgeting, and execution for active inspection programs. Stakeholder Facilitation:
Lead cross-functional meetings across all inspection phases, gather stakeholder feedback via pain-point tracking, and drive continuous process improvements. Exception Processing & Access Mitigation Access Issue Management:
Create spatial joins and .kmz mapping files in Excel/ArcGIS to identify potential access constraints (e.g., CROPS, government lands); generate and distribute work orders with gate codes and special instructions. Performance Tracking:
Prepare regular performance reports and track specialized metrics (UTC, Customer Access, CROPS, and Government Lands trackers) to mitigate non-compliant inspections and drive down duplicate access charges. Data Analysis & Systems Reporting Data Discrepancy Resolution:
Utilize advanced technical tools (SAP, SAS Enterprise/VA, Python, Snowflake, WiSDM) to perform root-cause research, identify historical performance trends, and resolve data synchronization issues. Dashboard & Report Development:
Design, validate, and maintain automated data visualization reports and dashboards in Power BI; ensure inspection metrics populate accurately across enterprise platforms. Cross-System Research:
