Job Description:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Associate with expertise in Power BI and Data Analytics to join our team and support business development efforts across the firm. This individual will collaborate closely with the Business Development team to optimize daily operations, provide strategic insights, and deliver high-level analysis to senior executives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing interactive dashboards, enhancing KPI reporting, and managing CRM functionality to drive data-driven decision-making with a strong emphasis on CRM strategy, technology optimization, and implementation of new tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics. Manage and optimize KPI reporting for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Oversee and enhance DealCloud CRM functionality , ensuring smooth data flow and reporting capabilities while actively managing, leveraging and evolving platforms to maximize business impact. Lead efforts to evaluate, implement and integrate new technologies Generate tailored client and business development reports to support strategic initiatives. Assist with pitch materials and presentations, leveraging data insights to create impactful content. Handle ad-hoc analysis requests , providing actionable insights to support investment banking operations. Work cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve data utilization across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Advanced Excel skills (mandatory) - pivot tables, VLOOKUP, TEXTJOIN, and other data manipulation functions. Power BI proficiency - ability to create interactive dashboards, DAX calculations, and data modeling. Strong experience with PowerPoint for presentations and pitch materials. Ability to manage and optimize CRM platforms (DealCloud preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for data accuracy. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. Preferred (But Not Required)

Skills:

Experience with Grata and Outreach (can be learned on the job). DealCloud Platform Manager Certification (a plus but not required).
