You will develop, implement, and evaluate NATEC-wide guidance and procedures for the Travel Charge Card Program, ensuring strict adherence to Department of Defense regulations and Naval Air Systems Command policy. You will conduct in-depth analysis of DTS data and travel card transactions to identify systemic issues, regulatory non-compliance, input errors, and potential instances of fraud or abuse.
