Job Description
Job Description The Continuous Monitoring Center (CMC) team is seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Administrator with strong design and user experience capabilities to enhance and modernize the team's existing SharePoint site. This site serves as the central communications and information hub for Continuous Monitoring initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating visually appealing, intuitive, and highly engaging SharePoint sites that effectively communicate team objectives, accomplishments, reporting, and organizational value. This is a short-term, project-based engagement focused on transforming an existing SharePoint platform into a polished, professional internal-facing website for enterprise users. Responsibilities

- Enhance and redesign an existing SharePoint site to improve usability, navigation, and visual appeal.
- Create a compelling organizational website that clearly communicates: o Who the Continuous Monitoring Center team is o What the team does o Key accomplishments and business impacts o Current initiatives and areas of focus o Success stories, milestones, and program achievements
- Organize and optimize content, dashboards, reports, images, presentations, and branding materials already available to the team.
- Develop intuitive navigation and site architecture to improve the user experience.
- Integrate links to existing dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into an effective SharePoint experience.
- Create or refine content where needed to support site messaging and communications objectives.
- Apply best practices for SharePoint design, branding, accessibility, and user engagement.
- Deliver a high-quality, professional SharePoint site that can be used and maintained by the broader organization.

- Completed Bachelors Degree
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online and modern SharePoint site architecture.
- Experience designing highly polished, user-friendly SharePoint communication sites and organizational portals.
- Strong understanding of website layout, branding, information architecture, and user experience design principles.
- Experience integrating dashboards, reports, and visual content into SharePoint environments.
- Ability to create visually compelling and easy-to-navigate digital experiences.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within a short project timeline. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise communications or organizational SharePoint websites.
- Familiarity with Power BI reporting and dashboard integration.
- Experience creating content, graphics, or page layouts that improve user engagement.
- Background supporting utility, energy, or large enterprise organizations. What Will Make Someone Successful
