Export & Parts Pricing Support Department:
Sales Operations / Parts & Service Position Summary The Business Analyst I serves as a key operational and analytical support role within the organization, focusing on two primary functional areas: Export Order Management and Parts Pricing Management. This position plays a critical secondary support role requiring a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication skills. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities, build cross-functional relationships, and deliver accurate, timely reporting that supports business decisions. Key Responsibilities Export Specialist- Order Processing & KPI Analysis Process and manage export sales orders from initiation through final delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with export regulations and internal procedures.
- CE & MX Parts Support Provide analytical and administrative support for pricing adjustments and updates for CE (Construction Equipment) and MX (Mexico) parts catalogs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional email correspondence with international customers is essential Follow-Up
