Job Title:
Business Analyst Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst with a proven track record in overseeing reporting and analysis of sales, invoice, purchase orders, and inventory data. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing Excel to run reports, pull data from ERP systems, and convert data for analysis. You will collaborate with purchasing, sales, accounting, and other departments to generate specific reports. Responsibilities Oversee reporting and analysis of sales data, invoice data, purchase orders, and inventory. Utilize Excel to run sales reports and pull data from ERP systems. Extract, convert, and query data for detailed analysis. Collaborate with purchasing, sales, accounting, and other departments to pull specific data and generate reports. Essential Skills 1+ years of experience in data analysis. Proficiency in Excel, including vlookup and pivot tables. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required. Background in accounting is advantageous. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Work Environment The position is based in-office, working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role is a 9-month contract, covering a maternity leave, with potential for conversion. You will work closely with three other individuals and interact with various departments daily. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Santa Barbara, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
