Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst - PMO for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in data and process flows, partnering with cross-functional and global teams to harmonize requirements, resolve gaps, and support end-to-end UAT validation.
Rate Range:
$56/hour to $58/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Business Analyst - PMO Job Responsibilities include: Conduct gap analysis and document current-state vs. future-state business processes to identify improvement opportunities. Analyze data flows, process dependencies, and system interactions to recommend business-driven solutions. Identify gaps across teams and facilitate collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment. Partner with business and global (Geo) teams to harmonize requirements, processes, and operational standards. Develop detailed business requirements and perform end-to-end functional validation and UAT testing. Support PMO initiatives by tracking project deliverables, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within PMO, transformation, or enterprise change initiatives. Strong expertise in gap analysis, current-state to future-state process mapping, business process improvement, and requirements gathering. Pay Details:
