• Business Process Expertise with Functional Testing Roles & Responsibilities 10+ Years of experience in PLM Strong understanding and hands-on experience with PLM (Teamcenter / PLM) tool: Change Management Configuration Management BOM Management Integrations etc.

Strong understanding of testing principles, especially UAT and the underlying business processes. Support end-to-end UAT planning, scenario design, execution, and sign-off, working in a regular cadence with the team; establish strong stakeholder connects and apply PLM experience to drive UAT to closure. Lead defect triage; coordinate with business users, engineering, and OSS on priority and closure. Bridge business and QA; translate business workflows into UAT scenarios and acceptance criteria. Drive UAT status reporting and readiness. Coordinate with stakeholders and application owners to ensure complete coverage. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead a team and work independently under tight timelines

Experience:

5-8 Years . The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $160,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
