Key Responsibilities Production Application Integration & Support Configure, support, and maintain integration solutions across SAP ECC, EDI, and middleware platforms Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal business disruption Manage and support EDI transactions, IDOC processing, error handling, and data validation across SAP and middleware systems Work cross functionally with development teams, internal, and external partners (UberFreight, 3PLs, Customers) to maintain integrated business operations Technical Business Partner Support building, maintaining, and implementing integration flows, connecting webMethods and SAP BTP Integration Suite to SAP ECC, cloud applications, and other third-party systems Partner with business teams to identify areas of integration opportunity that optimize businesses processes and enhance IT impact in organization Draft functional and technical specification documents, create source and target mapping documents, and work with development teams to drive successful integration implementation Support and drive SAP BTP integration enhancements opportunities across business operations ( i.e. EDI to APIs, file-based integrations, and messaging frameworks to enable reliable data exchange ) AI & Innovation Support Contribute to the enablement of AI-powered business applications and workflows Assist in integrating AI services with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, data platforms), integrated middleware platforms, and functional business processes Identify areas of AI opportunity and support creating, testing, and validation of AI-driven use cases and prompts Operational Excellence Ensure reliability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of integration processes Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive actions Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and deployment activities Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis, application integration, or SAP environments Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, including IDOCs and basic data structures Experience supporting EDI integrations and transaction flows Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., webMethods, SAP BTP Integration Suite, or similar) Basic understanding of APIs, data formats (XML, JSON), and integration patterns Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Exposure to SAP BTP services (Integration Suite, APIs, or extensions) Experience working with cloud applications and SaaS integrations Basic knowledge or exposure to AI/ML concepts or AI-enabled business use cases Experience with scripting or data transformation tools Understanding of business processes in Supply Chain, Finance, and Order Management Key Skills & Competencies A troubleshooter at heart — you dig into a problem until you understand it, and drive solutions that can solve it and improve the process in the long run Attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A collaborative teammate who makes people around them better Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, especially in AI and cloud Why Join Us Opportunity to work at the intersection of SAP, integrations, and emerging AI technologies Exposure to modern cloud platforms and enterprise-scale systems Collaborative environment with strong business and IT partnership Growth opportunities in integration architecture, SAP BTP, and AI-enabled solutions
