Competitive Compensation + Benefits Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead the strategy, support, optimization, and governance of enterprise business applications. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, leadership teams, and technical resources to ensure technology investments align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support, product management practices, systems analysis, and business process improvement. This individual will play a critical role in driving application adoption, defining product roadmaps, resolving complex system challenges, and delivering measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain enterprise application and product management strategies aligned with business goals. Manage application portfolios, product roadmaps, intake processes, prioritization, and resource planning. Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technology solutions. Translate business objectives into actionable initiatives, project requirements, and measurable outcomes. Establish governance processes, decision-making frameworks, and product management best practices. Monitor application performance, user adoption, and operational effectiveness through established metrics and KPIs. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance existing systems and business processes. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and business value. Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise software platforms. Coordinate testing activities, user acceptance testing, and system validation efforts. Troubleshoot complex application issues and drive timely resolution. Ensure application compatibility, integration, and overall system reliability. Partner with vendors, technical teams, and business units to support ongoing operational needs. Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and user procedures. Deliver user education, training sessions, and change management initiatives. Track support issues, resolution efforts, and improvement opportunities. Assist with disaster recovery, backup validation, audit activities, and system continuity planning. Communicate system updates, risks, and project status to leadership and stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications and information systems. Experience managing or contributing to product management, application governance, or technology portfolios. Strong knowledge of enterprise software platforms, including CRM, HR, financial, and business applications. Hands-on experience with software implementation, enhancement, or maintenance efforts. Working knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and database concepts. Demonstrated ability to perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues. Experience gathering business requirements and working with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong understanding of systems integration, software lifecycle processes, and application support methodologies. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence. Preferred Qualifications Experience establishing product management frameworks, governance models, or operating structures. Background working with executive leadership and enterprise-wide initiatives. Experience measuring business outcomes through KPIs, adoption metrics, and portfolio reporting. Knowledge of change management and organizational adoption strategies. Familiarity with application security, audit practices, and business continuity planning.
