Over the past 25+ years, ACE has delivered more than 140,000 scholarships worth over $390 million. This school year, ACE is serving approximately 16,000+ children in Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming, and is actively pursuing other expansion opportunities with the support of national funding partners. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that software, systems, and processes align with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.Primary Job duties and responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams Work closely with software engineers, QA teams, and product managers to ensure solutions meet business objectives Conduct gap analyses, process mapping, and workflow optimization Support system integration, data migration, and implementation activities Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements, technical specifications, and process flows Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment and clarity Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation support Configure software and assist in supporting operation teams Ad hoc projects as directed by managerKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge and passion for school choice and ACE Scholarship's mission Experience in program project implementation including SDLC, Agile, and Project management Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite, high comfort level with cloud SaaS platforms, preferably hands on experience with ServiceNowCSM, ITBM, ITSM
Experience with AWS (Lambda, Connect, Lex) preferred Experience managing data and reporting including dashboards and Analytics Previous experience in Customer Service or Call centers preferred Ability to manage multiple projects and activities Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to identify problems and develop and implement solutionsMinimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Experience in business analysis with a focus on technical projects. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and data modeling. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow (CSM/ITBM), and process modeling software. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Location and Reporting- Position will be based in ACE Scholarships' Denver Office (Greenwood Village, CO/DTC)
