Technical Skills:
Must have Retirement Plan and Participant Administration Record Keeping Experience (SME) Must be able to work 2-days a week in the Hartford offices Experience with 403b and 401k administration knowledge Strong understanding of Operational component loans, Hardship, ERISA, QDIA and Distributions Any technical understanding of data systems a Plus Business Analyst Experience Top 3Soft Skills:
