Location Homestead Full/Part Time Full-Time Exempt from Classified Service No Minimum Rate 51590.54 Min Pay Frequency Yearly Maximum Rate 91256.65 Max Pay Frequency Yearly Regular/Temporary Regular Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree. One year of administrative or business management experience. Must possess a Driver's License. Additional administrative or business management experience may susbtitute for the required college education in a year for year basis. Must possess a Driver License. Recruitment Notes This position will report to Fruit & Spice Park. The candidate will be tasked with business operations, customer service, marketing, and event development. Responsibilities include managing retail operations, supporting front office functions, maintaining web and social media content, developing revenue-generating events, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations while providing excellent customer service.
