About the opportunity Our client, a leading national homebuilder, is in the middle of a major technology transformation. New executive leadership recently joined and is building out a fresh team, which makes this an ideal time to come in and help set the standard rather than inherit a finished machine. The role This is a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Techno-Functional Business Analyst role. The immediate mission is getting systems, data, and processes in order so the business can trust its numbers. You will own JDE configuration and support across the platform and act as the bridge between the business, IT, and development. The team is intentionally taking a clean data and machine learning first approach, with broader AI initiatives to follow once the foundation is solid. Requirements What you will do

+ Configure, support, and optimize JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules, including Financials (GL, AP, AR), Fixed Assets, Procurement, Distribution, and Contract and Service Billing

+ Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and run gap analysis

+ Build and maintain JDE Orchestrator orchestrations and

REST API

integrations, using Groovy scripting to automate recurring processes

+ Manage code promotion through Object Management Workbench (OMW), protecting change control integrity across environments

+ Own configuration, testing, and the full SIT and UAT cycle, working closely with developers to correct issues before anything reaches the business

+ Use SQL to investigate and resolve data issues and support faster root cause analysis

+ Deliver clear, management ready reporting through tools such as ReportsNow, Power BI, Tableau, or Hubble

+ Dig into patterns and root causes rather than treating symptoms, connecting data points others miss to drive better decisions What we are looking for

+ Hands on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience configuring and supporting core modules. This is the top priority.

+ Experience with JDE Orchestrator, Groovy scripting, REST API integrations, and OMW code promotion

+ Strong SQL skills for querying and root cause troubleshooting

+ Enterprise experience gained at large, established organizations

+ Enough technical fluency to challenge estimates and functionality and to speak credibly with developers

+ Solid SDLC discipline, including requirements gathering, SIT, and UAT

+ Awareness of where machine learning and AI fit into a modern data strategy

+ Big picture, analytical thinking and genuine problem solving instincts

+ Ambition and real room to grow, since this team values people who keep leveling up Nice to have

+ Home building or construction industry background. Not required, since we will teach the domain to the right person.

+ Exposure to additional enterprise platforms and integrations such as ServiceNow, Workday, or Salesforce

+ Additional ERP or reporting exposure such as Hyperion, OneStream, SAP, or Oracle
