PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and authorized personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue access credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and access logs. Control access to restricted areas in accordance with established procedures and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity to designated personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following applicable emergency response protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
A Guard Card/License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
