This individual will be embedded within product teams, leading discovery sessions, translating business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions, and building rapid prototypes to validate concepts with stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with hands-on Salesforce configuration experience and leverages AI tools daily to accelerate requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and solution discovery. This is a highly collaborative, outcome-focused role supporting dealer, partner, customer, and service experience modernization initiatives.

• Facilitate product discovery and stakeholder workshops
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Build and demonstrate Salesforce prototypes in sandbox environments
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Developers
• UAT and document defects with detailed reproduction steps
• Maintain process-to-metadata traceability documentation
• Use AI to generate first drafts of requirements, user stories, and test cases
• Refine requirements and ensure alignment with business outcomes

• 5+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience
• Experience facilitating discovery sessions and gathering business requirements
• Ability to write clear user stories and testable acceptance criteria
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience (Flows, objects, screens, reports, etc.)
• Experience supporting Salesforce product or transformation initiatives
• Strong UAT planning, execution, and defect management experience
• Experience creating process maps and maintaining requirements traceability
• Daily use of AI tools to accelerate documentation, requirements gathering, testing, or solution design
• Experience prototyping solutions directly in Salesforce sandboxes
• Manufacturing, HVAC, dealer, distributor, or channel management experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Sales Cloud
• Knowledge of Partner Experience or Customer Experience initiatives
• Experience working within Agile product organizations
• Familiarity with Agentforce or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities
