Data Analysis Job Duties:
  • Experienced with gathering, measuring, and analyzing data to assess achievement of customer/user and business results. For example, has experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative user research to assess outcome achievement and determine the resulting business impact. Is experienced in radiating these results to a product community. Can demonstrate with historical metrics how results were assessed and communicated.
  • Open to growing in the craft of modern product management. Has an innate curiosity. Desires to learn the craft of taking problems to solve and innovating to emerge simple solutions that delight customers in a way that works for the business. Is not married to the status quo orientation of output-focused process and mechanisms. Works to embrace change, not limit it. Can provide examples of past growth pursuits and instances of curiosity on engagements.
  • Demonstrates passion for and experience as an individual contributor on an empowered product team to achieve outcomes and KPIs. Has experience as a product professional working collaboratively on discovery and delivery with an empowered, cross-functional team of product, customers, engineering, experience, and delivery. Has some experience bringing the diverse perspectives of the team together to make better decisions that are informed by feasibility, usability, and value/viability.

Has experience in modern discovery and delivery techniques and can deploy these to minimize output and maximize outcomes and impact. This means at least a beginning level of know-how on reducing the overproduction of things that people don't need or use. Has some experience in aspects of our Product Engineering Operating Model, including Concept, Define, Solution, Build, and Scale. Has familiarity with methods that reach peak outcomes by amplifying learning, improvement, focus, teamwork, engagement, and safety.

Is a fast learner who can quickly gain expertise in a business domain relevant to the product being served. Has or can quickly build relevant business expertise to a level to act as a proxy for business stakeholders. Able to navigate several aspects of the enterprise to enable value (e.g, engineering, experience design, finance, sales, marketing, compliance, and security).

Has demonstrated ability to communicate in both written and verbal contexts. Can inspire through communication and Client out arguments clearly structured, with evidence, in an easy-to-understand narrative.
