Job Requirements Macdill AFB, FL Top Secret/SCI Polygraph not specified Senior Level Career (10+ yrs experience) Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Job Purpose / Summary Serve as a senior PSYOP planner, advising the commander and staff on the psychological effects of military actions and planning operations that influence target audiences to achieve command objectives. Duties and Responsibilities

• Advise the commander and staff on psychological effects; provide situational awareness of population/group effects in the operational environment.
• Plan military operations that influence attitudes and behaviors of selected target audiences; determine the best means to deliver messages.
• Assess influence efforts through measures of performance (MOP) and measures of effectiveness (MOE); determine adversary information capabilities and potential effects. Conduct target audience analysis and series development; integrate PSYOP with other information forces for synchronized effects.
• Develop plans, CONOPS, and series; integrate command elements to ensure synchronization and deconfliction.
• Participate in VTCs and long-range strategic planning; apply joint doctrine (JOPP, APEX, MDMP); translate TTPs into high-level briefs and papers.
• Create and maintain a database of PSYOP operations, activities, TTPs, assessments, best practices, and lessons learned. Qualifications and Skills
• Education and experience: MA/MS in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Applied Statistics, Operations Research, or Systems Analysis; JPME Level II or Service equivalent / advanced military education (SAMS, JAWS, Service War College); at least 5 years of strategic and operational planning and analysis; at least 3 years of experience in one of the specialty areas (CENTCOM AOR, MISO, MILDEC, CWMD, ORSA, CYBER, AT/FP, SNA, Special Programs, or Interagency); OR an equivalent combination of at least 10 years of SOF operational experience and education.
• Demonstrated PSYOP planning and target audience analysis experience.
• May perform

CONUS/OCONUS

travel as required.
