We are a stable, profitable firm in the vehicle care sector with a loyal client base and a stellar reputation. This position is not just an employee; we are looking for a successor to carry on the legacy and position of the company in the industry.
What You bring:
Proven experience in Equipment Maintenance, Project Management, B2B Sales, Employee Relations / Retention, Customer Relations / Retention, Business & Financial Acumen . The desire to transition from Technician to Manager to Partner. You WILL be running the company! This high-impact position requires a proactive leader who can drive large-scale organizational change, and develop innovative strategies that align with our long-term vision. As a key advisor to executive leadership, you will leverage your expertise in management consulting, process improvement, and business analysis to optimize our business operations, foster transformation initiatives, and unlock new opportunities for business growth. Responsibilities Partner with current owner to craft and execute comprehensive strategic plans that support long term organizational goals and growth initiatives. Lead large-scale organizational change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during process improvements or restructuring projects. Conduct thorough business analysis and research to identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and implement best practices across departments. Facilitate process mapping and lean management techniques to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency. Manage complex projects related to technology implementation, process enhancement, or business development initiatives from inception through execution. Provide expert guidance on management consulting practices, including business development strategies and organizational restructuring. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing current processes, developing innovative solutions, and overseeing their deployment within the organization. Skills Proven experience in change management and small business organizational transformation projects. Strong strategic planning capabilities with a track record of developing actionable roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives. Management consulting experience within reputable firms or similar environments demonstrating problem-solving expertise. Extensive project management experience in technology-driven initiatives with an emphasis on process improvement. Proficiency in business analysis, process mapping, lean management principles, and business development strategies. Exceptional analysis skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for decision-making. Familiarity with research methodologies to support strategic initiatives and organizational assessments.
