Full Job Description Primary Duties:
The Sales Strategy Analyst will be responsible for supporting sales planning and strategy through business analysis, market research and management reporting.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field Relevant experience in strategy, sales planning, business analysis, or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial company Professional proficiency in both Korean and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales and business data Strong proficiency in
MS Excel and PowerPoint Responsibilities:
Analyze wholesale, retail, market share, inventory, dealer performance, and other key sales metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting and business planning processes Monitor North American construction equipment market trends, competitive activities, and pricing Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, and analytical materials for management meetings Coordinate with headquarters in Korea and cross-functional teams in both Korean and English on sales planning and performance-related issues Support dealer/channel analysis, strategic projects, and improvement of analytical and reporting processes as needed Work environment and other requirements: The work environment is a non-smoking office environment. No heavy lifting required. Mostly sitting with computer and phone usage. Accommodation can be made for handicapped employees. Travel only on an "as needed" basis.
