full-time On-site, 4 days in the office, Fridays remote MotoRad is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. This role will partner with stakeholders across sales, operations, finance, engineering, and supply chain to understand business processes, analyze data, define requirements, and drive improvements across our global operations. The ideal candidate has a strong data and analytics background , hands-on experience with ERP systems, and a proven track record in the manufacturing, distribution, or automotive aftermarket industry . Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements for data, systems, dashboards, and process improvements. Analyze ERP and operational data using SQL to validate processes and identify root causes. Map and improve end-to-end processes, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, master data, warranty, and returns. Identify opportunities for automation using AI agents, RPA, workflow automation, and low-code tools. Standardize processes and documentation across global business units. Partner with stakeholders to investigate operational issues and implement practical solutions. Support change management, user training, and adoption of new processes and systems. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role. Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or automotive environment . Strong SQL and data analysis skills, with the ability to investigate business issues using ERP and operational data. Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Priority, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar. Experience documenting and improving cross-functional business processes. Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to challenge assumptions, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements. Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams across the US, Israel, Germany, and Mexico. Core Skills SQL and data analysis, ERP systems, business process mapping, requirements documentation, root cause analysis, stakeholder facilitation, process improvement, change management, and workflow automation.
