Auditing & Quality AssuranceImplement a structured audit process to review BA deliverables for quality, completeness, and adherence to standards.
Provide feedback and coaching based on audit findings.
Use audit insights to inform training needs and process improvements.
Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementPartner with client success managers, product owners, sales engineers, creative team members, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity in requirements.
Represent the BA practice in strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Demonstrated ability to interface directly with clients and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience coaching or mentoring other Business Analysts or team members.
Experience contributing to the development of standards, templates, or process improvements.

POSITION
PURPOSEThe Business Analyst Practice Lead is a strategic leadership role responsible for elevating the Business Analyst function across the organization. This role focuses on mentoring and developing analysts, standardizing practices, leading onboarding and training efforts, and ensuring quality through regular audits. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile software development environment.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
