at White Oak iT Solutions LLC in Aurora, Illinois, United States Job Description Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are progressing according to defined timelines, budget, and scope. Assist in identifying and addressing any challenges or issues that may arise during the course of the project. Track key project milestones and deliverables to ensure they meet established deadlines and quality standards. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, preferences, and priorities through various methods, such as surveys or interviews. Help coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring all relevant topics are discussed and progress is reviewed. Support the development of project plans by gathering and organizing key information related to project objectives, resources, and timelines. Contribute to the identification of potential risks and assist in creating strategies to mitigate or address them effectively. Prepare regular status reports to summarize project progress, key achievements, and any concerns or adjustments needed. Position Requirements - Pos. req. a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Bus Admin, Management, Analyst, Comp Sc, Eng (any) or related field. Special Requirements -Position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer. The employer is in the field of Information Technology implementing projects for clients in various states throughout the United States of America. Depending on the scope of the project, these implementations could sometimes take days, weeks, months, or years. Hence, the beneficiary may have to either travel or relocate to these client sites depending on the duration of the project. Therefore, the employer has indicated that the position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer. The position does not require any international travel. But it requires travel within the nation. Also, the travel frequency depends on the projects that is being assigned. Since this is a future position, providing a timeline and the frequency of travel for a project that will be assigned at a later stage is currently not possible. Therefore, the employer has indicated that the position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer.
