• Process Improvement What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Gathering and documenting business requirements from multiple stakeholders across departments Analyzing current business processes using BPMN methodology to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Collaborating with technical teams and system owners to design solutions aligned with business objectives Supporting the implementation and adoption of new systems, including ERP and SAP environments Creating detailed process flows, requirements specifications, and documentation to guide development and testing Coordinating with project teams and business users to ensure successful system rollout and change adoption Providing recommendations to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: Must-have 2-5 years of business analysis or systems analysis experience Proficiency with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) Experience with Jira or similar project management and issue-tracking tools Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Background in Business, Information Systems, or a related field Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have SAP Certified Associate certification or equivalent ERP systems knowledge Experience with system implementation or enterprise transformation projects Exposure to change management methodologies Background in requirements gathering and process documentation What roles of this type could offer Most roles of this type offer the following, dependent on the industry and seniority of the role: Direct exposure to enterprise-level systems and process improvement initiatives Opportunity to develop expertise in requirements analysis and business transformation Collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams and business leaders Flexibility and practical experience with widely-used business analysis tools and methodologies Potential for contract extension and future permanent opportunities, where applicable Professional development through hands-on involvement in system implementations and change initiatives About Specialist Staffing Group Specialist Staffing Group works with organizations across industries to identify talented professionals for critical roles in business analysis, technology, and operations.
