Job Description

Key Responsibilities Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews. Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Create user stories, use cases, process flows, acceptance criteria, and traceability documentation. Maintain and refine the product backlog. Evaluate enhancement requests and change requests for prioritization, impact, urgency, complexity, dependencies, and readiness. Support sprint planning, release planning, and vendor execution. Provide first-level functional support for user questions, incidents, defects, and data issues. Coordinate issue investigation, resolution, and stakeholder communication. Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Manage defect triage, retesting, business sign-off, deployment readiness, release validation, and stabilization. Maintain decision logs, action items, process documentation, user guides, FAQs, training materials, release communications, and status reports. Identify opportunities for continuous process and product improvement. Coordinate effectively across business, technical, testing, and vendor teams. Expected Deliverables Delivery-ready product backlog and traceable requirements. Functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. UAT plans, test evidence, defect logs, and business sign-offs. Release-readiness assessments and stabilization documentation. Production support and issue-resolution tracking. User documentation, training materials, FAQs, and adoption content. Status reports, decision/action logs, and continuous-improvement recommendations. Required Qualifications 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role. Experience supporting enterprise applications or digital products. Bachelor's degree / BS degree required.

Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable: PLM; Engineering BOM / Manufacturing BOM; Product data; Sourcing data; Supply chain processes; Enterprise master data; Data governance platforms; SAP; Teamcenter; MRP systems; Azure DevOps; Jira or similar Agile tools; Large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives; Geographically distributed/global teams Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, vendors, product leadership, and executives. Strong organization and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver concise status updates. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

From $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
