Job Summary The Internship Program provides students with an opportunity to gain hands-on professional experience while contributing to meaningful projects within a dynamic business environment. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, develop practical skills, and gain exposure to day-to-day operations, processes, and initiatives that support organizational objectives. Main Responsibilities Support ongoing projects and operational activities within the assigned team Conduct research, gather information, and assist with data analysis as required Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to support business needs Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items when appropriate Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on various initiatives and assignments Assist with administrative and organizational tasks as needed Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve processes and enhance team effectiveness Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to analyze information, think critically, and solve problems Eagerness to learn and take initiative Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset Education Currently enrolled in a college, university, or other recognized post-secondary educational program Returning to studies following the internship term, where applicable Any combination of education, skills, knowledge, or experience relevant to the role will be considered an asset.
