Job Description

Key Skills/Knowledge:
End-to-end Order Management (OM) and Shipping Execution processes within Oracle EBS R12. Drive full lifecycle implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-production support. Configure and support functionalities such as: Sales Order creation, Booking, Scheduling, ATP Shipping, Pick Release, Ship Confirm Delivery management and freight terms Holds, workflows, pricing, and credit checks Backorder, partial shipments, and drop shipment processes. Integrate OM & Shipping with related modules Experience required: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions. Analyze existing O2C processes and recommend improvements for speed, accuracy, and compliance. Support complex order fulfillment operations, including multi-org setups, global shipping rules, and third party logistics (3PL) integrations
