Job Description
Siritek Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2 years of experience in analysing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting application implementations and enhancements.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance applications and business processes.
- Work with Underwriting, Product, Claims, Billing, Operations, and other stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Conduct requirement workshops and document business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze P&C insurance processes including policy administration, underwriting, billing, claims, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Document business processes, workflows, rules, data requirements, and system dependencies.
- Analyze data flows, system integrations, and dependencies across insurance applications and business functions.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing by validating business functionality and resolving requirement-related issues.
- Support Agile/Scrum activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, user stories, and requirements traceability.
- Support application releases, implementation activities, and post-production validation while ensuring alignment with P&C business requirements.
