Analyze and document business requirements for insurance products. Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Configure and support insurance policy management implementations. Participate in solution design sessions and impact assessments. Support testing and validation activities in Agile environments. Provide production support and defect analysis. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements for Commercial Lines insurance. Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements. Translate business needs into detailed specifications and user stories. Configure and enhance insurance policy management systems. Participate in workshops and design sessions for solution development. Qualifications Strong experience with insurance policy management systems. Deep understanding of Commercial Lines insurance and rating concepts. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Proficient in requirements elicitation and stakeholder management. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
