Waukegan, IL Hybrid 3-4 days a week from office We are seeking an onsite Salesforce CLM/CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) & Test Lead to join the core project team. The resource will work closely with the Enterprise Architect, Program Manager, Salesforce Team. Responsibilities include requirements management, fit-gap analysis, end-to-end business process validation, Salesforce/PROS CPQ/Conga CLM integration coordination, SIT/UAT leadership, defect management, business readiness support, and ensuring business requirements are successfully delivered through the implementation lifecycle. This is a e functional leadership and testing governance role rather than a hands-on development or configuration role. Required Qualifications Experience 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience. 3+ years supporting CPQ and/or CLM implementations. Experience leading UAT and end-to-end testing programs. Experience working with System Integrators. Experience in large enterprise transformation programs.
