Centra Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst in Columbus, Indiana. The Business Analyst is responsible for providing expert consultation and serving as a business partner with lines of business for the banking systems. This role includes ownership of banking systems, compliance with Centra policy for system security, sharing technical skills, and applying analytical thinking to provide ongoing innovation, improvement and value to stakeholders. • Ensures application functionality and efficiency and collaborates with lines of business to support development, configuration, testing, upgrades and implementation of business systems.
• Collaborates and actively participates with lines of business to support business objectives, requirements, and challenges and gathers documentation. Provides subject matter expertise to educate lines of business. Ensures timely communication with all Stakeholders, providing updates to tasks and projects, while being proactive to eliminate roadblocks and provide best service standards.
• Maintains expert working knowledge and documentation of systems supported to provide accurate technical and operational guidance to Team Members. Maintains a working knowledge of additional business systems to provide backup support when needed.
• Builds vendor relationships representing the Credit Union and gains understand.
