A Behavior Analyst is a mental health professional focusing on applied behavior analysis. Usually requires a certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will work with children with autism to design, implement, and supervise behavior plans that address their individual needs and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Supervise ABA and RBTs in implementing therapy. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans and adjust them as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, physicians, and family members, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, data sheets, and reports. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain BCBA certification.
Requirements:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field. Strong clinical skills in behavior assessment, intervention design, and staff training. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and adapt to changing needs. Willingness to work a regular schedule of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Must be able to pass a background check.
