About the Role We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison between end users and technology for our client's organization. This role will play a critical part in gathering requirements, improving core business systems, and supporting ERP, CRM, and document management platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and functional specifications Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance core business systems, including ERP and CRM platforms Facilitate communication between end users, developers, and software vendors to ensure requirements are understood and solutions meet business needs Partner with third-party consultants, software vendors, and internal IT teams to resolve complex business issues Maintain clear documentation for business processes, system configurations, and user procedures Support document management practices, keeping records organized, accessible, and compliant with retention requirements Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations across ERP, CRM, and other business platforms

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst gathering requirements and writing user stories and functional specifications Experience working with a CRM platform Experience working with a document management platform

Preferred:

Experience working in a manufacturing environment Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics CE, or a document management platform Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS and/or Power BI Experience with SaaS/cloud-based business applications Experience working with an ERP system
