Job Description

As an AVP, Business Reporting & Automation Officer in Warsaw, IN, you will play a critical role in delivering enterprise reporting solutions, driving intelligent automation initiatives, and providing actionable insights that support business growth, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making. In this role, you will: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise level reporting solutions that support executive, operational, and regulatory reporting requirements. Ensure all reporting adheres to Bank reporting standards, including consistent definitions, documented data lineage, version control, and comprehensive supporting documentation. Translate business requirements into repeatable, enterprise quality reporting and automation artifacts that can be leveraged consistently across the organization. Maintain robust validation, reconciliation, and control processes to support audit, risk management, and regulatory needs.
