Updated 08/27/2026 Job Description Job Summary Overview This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit's Commercial Business Units ("Spirit Commercial"). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, one of Boeing's three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Spirit Commercial's core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components, with a focus on innovative composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions. Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives. Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives. Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations. Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture. Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs). Develop executive level briefings, leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events. Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status. Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Leads the development and deployment of training content. Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training. Qualifications Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience working in a Staff Analyst role identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities when comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions Data Integrity and Analytics advanced experience Relationship management and communication across all levels Ability to be self-directed and complete work with minimal day-to-day supervision Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent subject matter knowledge skills and abilities acquired through work 3+ years of experience working with procedures, process compliance, multi-function collaboration and facilitation Microsoft office advanced user knowledge - Excel & PowerPoint

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations. Summary Pay Range - Mid-Level (Level 3): $76,300 - $117,000
