Job Description

Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports and financial variance reports for Corporate Accounting Management.
Revenue Assurance & Auditing:
Audit complex client billing files to ensure precise alignment with dynamic pricing tiers. Track transaction records and volume metrics across domestic and international facilities.
Month-End Close & Reconciliations:
Drive month-end close revenue reconciliation, calculate sales/operational commissions, and perform precise balance sheet reconciliations.
Strategic Revenue Planning:
Oversee the revenue planning process, collaborating closely with management to gather data, ensure data integrity, and guarantee alignment with overall business objectives.
Process Optimization:
Implement, maintain, and streamline reporting processes, focusing on eliminating inefficiencies, maximizing accuracy, and establishing unified billing practices across all geographic regions.
Margin & Leakage Analysis:
Proactively analyze multi-site performance data to detect billing discrepancies, capture missing revenue, and flag low-margin activities.
Position Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, revenue management, or margin analysis. Background in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex functions, data modeling, and analysis tools). Proven, hands-on experience operating Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) and extracting data from custom database applications.
