Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance Position Summary Cameo Consulting Group, LLC is seeking an e-Business Specialist to provide hands-on support for electronic procurement and acquisition systems used by the Marine Forces Reserve Regional Contracting Office. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for user support, routine troubleshooting, data-quality activities, reporting, training, and coordination with higher-tier technical helpdesks or system administrators. This position requires a customer-focused professional who can translate system issues and solutions for nontechnical contracting personnel while maintaining data integrity and supporting uninterrupted acquisition operations. Responsibilities Provide functional support for DoD and federal acquisition e-business systems, including SAM.gov, PIEE, WAWF, EDA, ePS, and other assigned systems. Assist with data management, data-integrity checks, system reporting, and report generation from procurement systems. Respond to user questions, provide desk-side assistance, and deliver ad hoc training to contracting staff and customers. Develop, maintain, and update user guides, job aids, training materials, and standard procedures for e-business tools. Diagnose and resolve common system, account-access, workflow, or data issues within assigned authority. Log, triage, document, and escalate complex issues to Tier 2/Tier 3 help desks, system administrators, or other technical-support organizations. Ensure critical system issues are promptly reported and coordinated to minimize operational downtime. Track open tickets, user requests, workarounds, and resolution status; provide timely status updates to users and Government stakeholders. Generate accurate reports and support data-quality efforts for procurement records and systems. Support compliance with CAC, cybersecurity, privacy, CUI, and Government-system access requirements. Protect sensitive Government information and ensure contractor status is properly identified in all interactions and work products. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field; or four years of direct federal procurement-systems support experience in lieu of a degree. At least three years of experience supporting DoD e-business, acquisition, procurement, or federal contracting systems. Demonstrated experience navigating and troubleshooting SAM, PIEE, WAWF, EDA, ePS, or comparable federal procurement systems. Experience conducting data-quality reviews, reporting, user support, system troubleshooting, or help-desk coordination. Ability to diagnose issues, determine appropriate escalation paths, and explain technical solutions clearly to nontechnical users. Strong written, verbal, customer-service, and training skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
