Job Description
The Business Transformation Specialist will assist leadership in establishing its strategic direction and objectives and creates long-term strategic and business development plans. General Responsibilities Design and create comprehensive transformation strategies, that shape the vision for future growth and competitive advantage Conduct market and competitor analysis, and develop actionable plans to achieve goals Oversee the implementation of new systems, technologies, and processes. This includes managing projects from start to finish and ensuring they are executed successfully Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to foster alignment, transparency, and momentum Manage budgets and forecast financials with a focus on value creation, cost optimization, and ROI Conduct regular performance evaluations and monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, making necessary adjustments as needed Experience / Qualifications A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers #LI-JL1 #
