Data Analyst /

UAT Testing Analyst Location:

Norwood, MA (100% Onsite)

Type:

Contract with Potential for Conversion Overview Seeking a Data Analyst / UAT Testing Analyst to support a migration project. This role will focus on creating and executing test scripts, validating data migration, performing UAT, and tracking defects to ensure successful implementation of a new business system replacing a legacy platform. Responsibilities Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing. Validate migrated data, including source-to-target comparisons, field mappings, record counts, and exception scenarios. Conduct end-to-end workflow testing across multiple user roles and departments. Document and track defects, issues, and test results using Azure DevOps. Work closely with business users to validate processes and system functionality. Support regression testing, retesting, and go-live readiness activities. Qualifications Experience with UAT, functional testing, and defect management. Ability to create test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation. Strong analytical and data validation skills. Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Ability to independently execute test scenarios and identify issues. Preferred Skills Microsoft Dynamics experience. Data migration validation experience. Azure DevOps. Excel, SQL, Power BI, Access, reporting tools, and Microsoft Copilot. Success in This Role Independently execute testing scenarios and document defects. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and workflow functionality.
