Job Description
This is a 12-month contract position for a SharePoint Business Analyst located in Chelsea, Massachusetts. Responsibilities Perform system analysis, business analysis, and business process modeling at an advanced level Gather, develop, and document business requirements Create and maintain design artifacts including use cases, business process models, requirements documents, and SharePoint models Identify and formalize business needs and convert them into actionable use cases and requirements Support migrations of network shared files to SharePoint Communicate findings and recommendations at all levels of the organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Required Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online with demonstrable hands-on experience At least 2 years of SharePoint experience in an enterprise environment Experience with migrations of network shared files to SharePoint 3-5 years of experience in business requirements gathering, development, and documentation 3-5 years of experience developing and maintaining design artifacts such as use cases, business process models, requirements documents, and SharePoint models Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across all organizational levels Strong documentation and written communication skills Ability to identify and formalize business needs and convert them into use cases and requirements Strong customer-facing skills Ability to set priorities and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience in collaborative, team-run environments Good judgment and discretion in handling sensitive situations Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Strong listening skills Proficiency in Visio and PowerPoint Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
