SIEM/XDR
deployments, drive long-term platform adoption, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical implementations of enterprise SIEM and XDR solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor, mentor, and coach to customer SecOps teams to build operational self-sufficiency. Demonstrate strategic platform value, driving solution stickiness and measurable security ROI for clients.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Network Engineering, or SecOps.
SIEM / XDR
Expertise:
Deep implementation experience with at least one of the following: Splunk (including Splunk ES), Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or Palo Alto XSIAM.
Core Technical Skills:
Solid background in Linux/Unix systems administration, networking fundamentals, syslog management, log ingestion/parsing, and troubleshooting.
Consultative Capability:
Excellent customer-facing skills with a track record of enablement, technical coaching, and value demonstration.
