Gather and validate requirements from a wide range of stakeholders using best-practice techniques. Own and document the requirements, business and system processes accurately, including 'as is' and 'to be' states, including non-functional requirements. Collaborate with product teams and third-party vendors to design and deliver world-class solutions. Build strong relationships across IT and the wider business to ensure successful delivery. What you'll bring… Proven experience in business analysis within a fast-paced digital environment. Appreciation and acceptance of needing to work with ambiguity at times Ability to work on more than one initiative at a time Able to work both independently and collaboratively Strong experience / understanding of customer reward or discount schemes, experience of customer interactions through gamification. Awareness and understanding of pricing and promotions and their interaction in a loyalty driven business. Experience of leveraging customer data to increase customer engagement Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery approaches. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and shape workshops. Relevant qualifications or working towards BCS Business Analysis certifications.
