The Opportunity:
As a member of the Health and Risk Solutions Reporting COE Team, you will drive the successful development and delivery of accurate and timely reporting supporting senior management decision making. In addition, you will act as a key finance contact supporting data and reporting related projects. This role requires an individual with a proven track record of delivering professional work products with a strong attention to detail. We are looking for a self- starter who is inquisitive and has a strong sense of ownership and continuous-improvement mind- set What you will do:- Develop and deliver daily and monthly reporting, along with ad hoc analysis to support our business partners.
- Develop end user tools/reporting that can be leveraged for analysis.
- Work within the team, partnering with IT to establish a new reporting/data environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, articulating the rational for the change and impact.
- Identify and escalate issues while proposing options towards resolution.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, as requested.
