The Program Analyst Lead will provide senior-level planning and coordination for technical meetings, leadership reviews, briefings, reports, and other executive activities. The position requires experience applying protocol requirements when supporting senior military and civilian leaders.

The Program Analyst Lead will provide senior-level planning and coordination for technical meetings, leadership reviews, briefings, reports, and other executive activities. The position requires experience applying protocol requirements when supporting senior military and civilian leaders.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and support Government visits, technical meetings, program reviews, demonstrations, and leadership engagements
- Develop agendas, manage attendance, coordinate across organizations, and identify required subject-matter experts
- Prepare executive summaries, presentations, briefing papers, read-ahead materials, and meeting documentation
- Coordinate and conduct dry runs before senior-level meetings and briefings
- Ensure meeting materials and activities comply with applicable security and protocol requirements
- Support internal and external senior-leadership reviews
- Coordinate the development, evaluation, and refinement of leadership briefings using Microsoft Office products
- Support the preparation of annual technical reports and data-management plans
- Coordinate inputs from divisions and ensure submissions are accurate, consistent, and timely
- Track actions, decisions, and follow-up requirements resulting from leadership engagements.
- Five or more years of relevant program-analysis, executive-support, or protocol experience
- At least five years of experience applying protocol requirements in support of senior military or civilian leadership
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing senior-level meetings, visits, briefings, or program reviews
- Strong writing, editing, presentation-development, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work on-site and interact professionally with senior leaders and technical personnel.
- Experience supporting a DoD, Army, research, or acquisition organization
- Experience preparing technical reports, data-management plans, or executive-level briefing materials.
