Key Responsibilities

Overview:
The Management Analyst will provide comprehensive analytical and administrative support across business operations, records and electronic document management, workforce development, outreach, employee onboarding and recognition, and deployment coordination.Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the organization's Records Management Program, ensuring records are accurately maintained, organized, accessible, and managed in compliance with applicable policies and requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive records inventories and standardized file plans at the division and branch levels.
- Prepare, review, validate, and upload office records lists into designated records-management systems.
- Coordinate records-management meetings, training sessions, and informational briefings for division and branch action officers. Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience providing administrative and operational support within Department of Defense (DoD) or Army organizations.
- Secret clearance required.
