The DIE Program Planner provides planning services for DTE partners, including the research and examination required to support program evaluation and support program operations. The plans include the research into and documentation of requirements, both operational and program evaluation or business management related. The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $180,000- $190,000.The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Provide input to budget formulation and resource allocation decisions forcyberspace planning initiatives, including manpower and technology requirements.
Draft and recommend policies, standard operating procedures, and best practices forplanning activities across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with DoD and IC guidance.
Serve as primary planning lead for time-sensitive or crisis response planning efforts requiring rapid coordination across multiple partners and external stakeholders.
Design and deliver training programs for planners on emerging cyberspace intelligence requirements, planning methodologies, and enterprise coordination processes.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for DIE cyberspace planning activities, providing regular reports to senior leadership on progress and outcomes.
Represent stakeholdersat inter-agency planning forums, conferences, and working groups as the subject matter expert on cyberspace intelligence planning.
Identify and implement process improvements and innovative approaches toplanning, leveraging emerging technologies, AI/ML tools, and data analytics to enhance planning effectiveness.
Plan, organize, develop, coordinate, and execute planning activities to drive objectives and evaluations of program requirements or ICP efforts.
