Program Analyst, Journeyman
StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full-Time, Program Analyst, Journeyman to join our team in supporting the NAVAIR program office in Patuxent River, MD. The Program Analyst, Journeyman duties include but are not limited to the following requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Contributes program and project management activities by applying analytical techniques to evaluate program/project objectives. Provide administrative support to the PMA office. Leads the planning and execution of day-to-dayactivities- including oversight of calendars, high-level meeting coordination, brief preparation, and correspondence. Manage IPT office supply inventory and compile supply orders which shall be forwarded to designated Government personnel for further processing. Assists in the analysis of requirements, budget, schedules, and status reporting. Collects, organizes, and helps interpret data related to aircraft, weapons systems, and acquisition programs, as directed by senior leadership. Assists in executing documentation processes, change control, and data management in accordance with government-established procedures.Skills and Experience:
3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional descriptionDesired Experience:
Drafting, Editing Navy Correspondence High level proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to work with high-level Navy and Government personnel.Education Requirements:
BA/BS degreeAllowable Education Substitutions:
Associates Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree. OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree.Security Clearance Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.About StraCon:
