Business Systems Analyst II Description:
Overview The II/RPS Technology organization is seeking a skilled Senior-level Business Analyst. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze, interpret, and leverage data to improve business processes and drive strategic business decisions. To succeed in the role, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and business analysis, and be intellectually curious. Responsibilities- Define and translate business needs for new and enhanced products, services or optimized business processes.
- Participate in all phases of project lifecycle to ensure business requirements including detailed data requirements are understood, documented and met. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, architecture, applications, platforms, and services.
