Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to support IT initiatives Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements Collaborate with developers, project managers, and end-users throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Conduct gap analysis, workflow mapping, and process improvement assessments Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by creating test cases and coordinating testing efforts Maintain clear and organized project documentation, including BRDs, use cases, and user stories Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

1-4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall Proficiency in creating requirements documentation, user stories, and process flow diagrams Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar platforms Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
